Andrew Youngquist

Andrew (Andy) Youngquist is the Owner/Operator of Andrew L. Youngquist General Contractors and holds consultant positions in various affiliate companies. During his tenure with the Birtcher Real Estate Group he sat as a member on the board of Directors and President of the Construction division. He directly oversaw the construction of over 30,000,000 square feet of commercial and industrial assets. He additionally was responsible for the creation of the Construction Management program for the theater industry that resulted in the construction of over 170,000 new seats in 4.7 million square feet of space and pioneering the stadium-seating concept. Andy’s current responsibilities are the overall administration of the company which includes: project coordination, estimating, marketing, quality control, and client-company communication.

Richard Youngquist

Richard (Rick) Youngquist has extensive Project Management experience in the construction of various facilities while employed at Honeywell Inc.  Rick has overseen and been responsible for an excess of 250 jobs while acting in the capacity of Project Management Leader, Southern California District Sales Manager, Installed Business Unit Leader, Installation Manager, Lead Controls Systems Specialist, and Project Manager for Los Angeles and Orange Counties. Rick’s current responsibilities include the responsibility for all field operations.

Jacob Ross

Jacob Ross is our newest team member and joined the company in early 2023. Jacob worked in the customer service industry for two years and curated a sense urgency and care when seeing to customers needs. In 2019 Jacob studied engineering in Montana at Montana State University which helped develop a logic driven technical mind. Currently he helps with estimating, project coordination, and various technical duties.
